 2024!! Time to write!

NTSFW GOES VIRTURAL

Well, we lost our .com. So this will be our 'go to' website for the time being. Most of us haven't the time to dedicate to a new site, nor the $, since we are a FREE group, so ... here we are :)

The North Texas Speculative Fiction Writes has gone TOTALLY VIRTUAL! And we're no longer "North Texas" focused, we are global and over on Discord now (www.discord.com) where doing voice/video conferences are FREE for us all. And we each as members of our group can chat with each other anytime.

Come join us at: discord.gg/69UY5MfGkw and say hi! We still meet every 2nd Saturday at 6pm central time in the video/voice channel titles "NTSFW Monthly Meeting."

WEDNESDAY WRITE IN!

Also note that every WEDNESDAY I host a WEDNESDAY WRITE IN on the Writers Write In! server on Discord. We meet in the voice/video channel "Write In!" about 1pm ct and write until we can't write anymore. Usually for most of us, it's till suppertime about 4-6pm. Sometimes later. You are welcome to pop in anytime you want, bring your writer friends and you don't have to wait on me if you wanna write earlier or later!

So, if you're ready to write, and you write speculative fiction, come join us for some camaraderie and share our ethereal brain power!

Give me a shout if you have any questions.

Class; Witches, Faeries & Wizards: Divining the Supernatural World

Witches, Faeries, & Wizards: Divining the Supernatural World

Dates: March 1 –31, 2013
Course Description:
The black arts have divined their way into our hearts and our love for lore has been listening to us tell their tales of foe and woe. The supernatural world surrounds us — on all continents, in all aspects of our mundane lives — yet we know little of how or why.
In this class, we will not only study the origins of the supernatural, especially those areas common to paranormal and fantasy literature, but also study how they affect us and therefore affect your readers as we divine the supernatural world.
Registration: Non Members
Registration: OIRW Members
