NTSFW Members Read Aloud May 8

NTSFW members will read aloud at the Hurst Barnes & Noble Bookstore on Saturday, May 8th, prior to their regularly monthly meeting. The readings will begin at 4:30pm and go until the regular meeting at 6 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public. Come join us for some coffee, snacks, and great reads!

Lotsa news over at NTSFW.com! Troy won a writing award for a short story and will be awarded at Books N Authors N All That Jazz at Weatherford College this weekend!

Gerald is getting ready to go to Odyssey and he won Honorable Mention at Writers of the Future.

Tom had a radio commentary on NPR. Also, Tom sold the hard SF tale, INTERPLANETARY TRIATHLON, to a major sports magazine , INSIDE TRIATHLON, and it should appear in the July/August “Racing” issue.

Erin has published her first book of poetry.

Alley pitched to agents at both the Texas Two Step Conference and the DFW Writers Conference and got requests from all of them.
